as well as confined space entry. Mr. Garcia is also certified
in hazardous site management and is OSHA competent person qualified.

at Middlesex Trenching company for 14 years as a project foreman. His
qualifications include 40-hour hazmat certification as well as confined
space entry. Mr. Calvo is also certified in hazardous site management and
is OSHA competent person qualified.
Cedric Sweat
Mr. Sweat has been employed at Middlesex Trenching company
for 12 years as a project foreman. His qualifications include 40-hour
hazmat certification as well as confined space entry. Mr. Sweat is

Ron Decker
Mr. Decker has been in the earthwork and site utility construction industry for 20 years. As our chief estimator his responsibilities include complete oversight, scheduling and coordination of all new bids. His qualifications include certification in our state of the art Quest earthwork digitized takeoff system and Hard Dollar estimating systems.
